Return Policy

At www.petpeople.cy, we value our customers and strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Return Policy below to understand the conditions and processes applicable to your order.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order by contacting us at info@petpeople.cy or calling 77777422. Cancellation is only possible if processing has not yet started. If your order has already been delivered, you will need to follow the return process described below.

Return Timeframes

  • Frozen Goods: No returns are accepted.
  • Edible Goods: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that any pet food must be unopened and unused. Opened or handled edible items cannot be returned.
  • All Other Products: Returns are accepted within 7 working days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

All returns must be in sellable condition, meaning they should be unopened, undamaged, and unused. Returns are accepted even if you simply change your mind, provided the return request falls within the stated timeframes. If a product has been handled beyond the normal assessment (for example, opened or damaged), we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from your refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@petpeople.cy or call 77777422. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any products. Kindly follow the instructions provided by our customer service team.

Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly. In cases where the return is due to an error on our part—such as receiving faulty, damaged, or incorrect items—we will refund the delivery charges along with the product cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for covering the courier return fee.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the courier return fee unless the product is returned due to our error or the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us immediately. We will work with our supplier to investigate the issue, which may take up to 30 days. In such cases, you may be eligible for a full refund, including the delivery charges, and we will provide further instructions for the return.
